Elena Kuji Buteică is an entrepreneur active in the luxury industry. She graduated Valedictorian the MSc in Luxury Goods and Services from the International University of Monaco. Over the past years, Elena worked in Monaco, London, and Bucharest in various segments of the luxury industry, widening her knowledge and expertise of the sector. She is fluent in Romanian, Italian, French, and English, which has helped her in approaching and understanding clients and businesses from the European luxury market. Elena is Founder CEO of OMNIA, a members-only network and lifestyle platform for global nomads in Bucharest, KUJI, a luxury artisanal goods brand, and KUJI LUXURY, a strategic consultancy firm specializing in the luxury industry. 

In addition, Elena has served over the years on the boards of various NGOs such as the League of Romanian Students Abroad (LSRS), now the largest Romanian non-profit network in the world (13.000+ members), and Aspire Academy (1000+), a community of young leaders that brings professors from Harvard, Stanford and other top global universities, in Romania to teach the most remarkable young leaders from Europe and beyond. Elena is a member of the C.A.E.S.A.R. network since its establishment in 2011.
