After becoming partner in McKinsey Swiss office, Andrei established in 2007 McKinsey office in Bucharest, which he managed for 5 years. He co-leads the EMEA Telecom, Media and Technology practice and the Eastern Europe Implementation and Recovery and Transformation Practices . He specializes in the telecom sector.
Over the last few years, Andrei has been leading our international work at one of the largest European telecom groups. In addition, he is advising a wide range of clients in Romania and Eastern Europe in the private and public sectors.
Andrei has led the strategy and turnaround work across multiple countries and in the headquarters for a large global telecom group. In Romania, he led our transformation work for one of the largest banks, for insurance, energy and industrial clients .
