Domeniu principal de expertiză: Politică InternăMaria Emanuela Turturoiu graduated with a BA in Political Science from the National School for Political and Administrative Sciences (SNSPA). She then pursued a
dual-language MA in International Development and Cooperation at SNSPA and two Master’s in Comparative Political Sociology and Business Law at the Paris X Nanterre La Défense University. With a professional work experience of 4+ years in Romania’s public and private sectors, Ema is currently attending the law program at the Institute of Judicial Studies Paris Ouest.
She has co-led the CAESAR Foundation’s working group on Justice and Home Affairs and the CAESAR Foundation’s Paris hub (Council of Romania). She has spearheaded several key CAESAR projects in 2015, including the Colloquium on “Democracy and Representation: Perspectives for Electronic and Postal Voting for the Romanian Diaspora” (an international project that took place in Washington, DC, Paris, and London); the Weekend School Project (an experience sharing program for Romanian students in France); and the CAESAR Workshop under the International Conference COP 21 “Perspectives for a universal agreement on the energy market in Central and Eastern Europe.”Domenii de expertiză
